Labour law constantly undergoes numerous, sometimes substantial changes due to legislative changes but also due to precedent cases, similar to Anglo-Saxon case law. Each case renegotiated establishes precedents, which in turn influence the assessment of similar disputes. Without up-to-date legal knowledge companies can take unnecessary financial and contractual risks that can lead to costly disputes. Ensuring legally valid contracts for my clients therefore is an essential part of my daily counselling practice.
Termination of employment is another focal point in my legal counselling. In this sensitive area my negotiation skills and tact, but also my assertive qualities, all acquired over many years and many complex cases, have helped me follow through successfully. |
